This series of products have the advantages of exquisite materials, excellent manufacture, high power index, low noise and vibration, high reliability, convenient use, installation and maintenance.
The power grade, installation dimension and electrical performance of this series of motors are in accordance with GB / t4772.1-2-1999 dimensions and output power grade of rotating electrical machines, gb755-2008 rotating electrical machines quota and performance, JB / t10315.2-2002 technical conditions of YKK, ykk-w series high voltage three phase asynchronous motors, and GB / t13957-2008 basic series technical conditions of large three phase asynchronous motors.
The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each part of this series of motors conform to the national standard GB / t1800-t1804 limits and fits and the ISO standard of the National Standards Committee.
The enclosure protection grade of this series of motors is IP44 according to GB / t4942.1-2001 classification of enclosure protection for rotating electrical machines (IP code). If the user requires other protection grades, it can be negotiated separately.

The motor adopts box structure. The frame is welded with steel plate to form a box structure with light weight and good rigidity. Both sides and top of the base are provided with protective top cover and cover plate. The stator adopts sliding in external pressure structure. The stator winding is made of class F less adhesive insulating material, with reliable fixing and binding at the end, and treated by vacuum pressure impregnation solventless paint process. 5、 Starting of ykk5003-8 355KW 10kV Xi'an Xima brand high voltage motor
The rotor of cage motor adopts advanced computer technology to calculate the starting temperature rise and stress of cage rotor, so as to prevent the motor from early damage due to heavy starting load.
It is suggested that the user check: (1) the moment of inertia of the rotating part of the driven mechanical equipment shall not exceed the value of the item in the technical data sheet; (2) the user's power grid shall ensure that the motor terminal voltage during the starting process is not less than 85% of the rated voltage; (3) the resistance torque characteristic of the driven mechanical equipment is the resistance torque characteristic of water pump and blower.
Under the above conditions, the motor is allowed to start twice continuously under the actual cold state. The motor stops naturally between the two starts or starts once under the hot state. The additional restart shall be 4 hours after the stop. If the moment of inertia of the mechanical part to be driven by the motor exceeds the data in the technical data sheet, or the motor is required to be started frequently, please consult with the manufacturer in advance, so that the special design and reliable operation of the motor can be guaranteed.
